1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use rhinexa.ai, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.
2. The standard we work to (WCAG 2.2 AA target)
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet been audited independently, so we do not claim that it fully conforms.
3. What this site does
- Every page declares its language, has one main heading and starts with a Skip to content link.
- An automated test checks every page for WCAG AA colour contrast and for text smaller than 12 pixels.
- Pages adapt to phone screens without sideways scrolling, apart from the wide tables noted below.
- Menus and the site search work with a keyboard. While the search panel is open, keyboard focus stays inside it, and Escape closes it and returns you to where you were.
- Every image has a text description, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors appear as text beside the field, not in colour alone.
- Animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion. There is no audio, video or flashing content, and nothing on the site is timed.
4. Known limitations
- We have not yet had the site audited independently, or tested it with screen readers.
- Product screenshots and article illustrations are images. Each has a text description of what it shows, but a screen reader cannot read the detail inside the image.
- On phones, some comparison tables are wider than the screen and scroll sideways.
5. Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email hello@rhinexa.ai with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within one business day, and we will tell you how and when we will fix it.
6. Review and date
We prepared this statement on 21 September 2026 from our own testing. We will review it at least once a year, and whenever the site changes significantly.
